In the meantime, individuals are becoming more and more aware that reducing and even eliminating stress allows them to enjoy life from a completely different perspective. I have experienced what a difference living without stress can be, it is clear to me that sharing different methods of eliminating stress with others is a way I can contribute to positive change.
What if we went deeper into the causes of the stress? What fears are we creating that if we could uncreate them would reduce our stress? What messages are we not getting from the pain we are experiencing? What if we could address that pain in a way that would allow us to know what it is we need to change to have less stress? Much of this information resides in our subconscious and we have difficulty cognitively accessing it. Fortunately, we do have ways of accessing our subconscious and changing those thoughts, beliefs and conclusions that contribute to our stress.
We are energy. And we can use energy to shift and change our bodies, thoughts, emotions, reactions and way of living. We can step into more ease in making choices that will bring about more joy and fun with living and remove the stress that we carry day after day. Some of the stress we hold onto has been handed down from our ancestors in the form of beliefs and fixed points of view about how life is and how it has to be. But what if we let go of those beliefs and thought forms and ask the question, "What else is possible?" Would we be able to step into a different way of living, through choosing a different possibility? I have had this experience, as have countless others. Isn't this what many of our leaders have done? They have courageously stepped beyond their fears and asked, "What else is possible that we have never even considered?" We have only to look as far as our cell phones, computers, communities and global changes to see what is possible. And there is still more yet to discover.
You may not think of yourself as a leader or a person set out to change the world. I certainly didn't. And yet, when you begin to change and let go of your fears, there isn't anything that can hold you back from being you. All the world asks of each of us is to BE all that we are here to be. Who would you be if you didn't hold onto your pain, your fears, and your doubts? Would you like to find out? There is an adventure out there and it is called- BEING YOU. The joy of this adventure is you are the one controlling it. You get to take it as far as you like and at whatever speed you would like to. Let me warn you, once you get rid of your stress, you can do more faster and easier than you ever thought possible.
