It seems to me that would be worth exploring. As a matter of fact I have found all of that to be true for me. I used to heap guilt and judgment upon myself moment by moment. Every time I did something that was "wrong" I would feel bad. Now when I make a goof-up, I just laugh it off and I don't allow myself to go to the place of buying into a wrongness of me. Maybe the choice I made wasn't the greatest, but I don't have to judge myself because of my choices, I can instead take the awareness that I get from my choices and choose something else. Of course this letting go of guilt didn't come all at once. I had to practice it.
